VR development in Unity: Preparation, Prototyping, Testing, and Delivery by Arjèn de Aldrey
–Theory part–
– The preparation behind a project. Seeing what the project’s end goal is and how that influences the preparation stage of development, with asset specifications and SDK choices in mind.
– Using tips, tricks, and premade assets to make fast prototypes to translate the client’s ideas into a testable MVP.
– Development priorities.
– The different ways to deliver VR projects to clients, be it kiosk mode for events, the use of release channels, or what devices to use.

– Creating a project with the right SDKs as a template for future projects
– Playing around with a few different VR interaction types
– Trying out the Meta release channels and how to use them effectively for testing and delivery
